This ylang-ylang essential oil is 100% pure and natural, not diluted or mixed with other oils, essences, alcohol, trementin, additives, fragrances or any other substances, nor is it synthetic or rectified by any added process. Just pure essential oil extracted from the flowers of ylang-ylang plants.

Internal use: Take 2 to 3 drops normally with a little honey, molasses, lump of brown sugar or oil. Three times a day
External use: Apply 3 drops of Bio Essential Oil Ylang-ylang and 3 drops of vegetable oil on the inside surface of the wrists (in case of nervous problem) or the painful area
