EmotionLife® Joy promotes the control of sadness which leads to a feeling of serenity. It constitutes the essential learning of sadness. It avoid the onset of depression and melancholy when are caused by retained sadness.
The depression could be a negative emotional state induced by the retained sadness, which mainly affects the fifth chakra and the lungs. Thus, the lungs imbalances could be associated to sadness and melancholy feelings and they, in turn, could generate lungs imbalances.

It’s recommended to take 20 drops (0.7 ml) diluted in half a glass of water (100 ml) before the main meals. Three times a day. Use dropper.
